The Save To File feature allows you to save your playlist to a video file (.MP4). The function requires that an addon – Social media – is activated in your account. If you are part of a chain, contact your head office / service office. Otherwise, contact your sales contact at Shoppa or sales@shoppa.com.

Keep in mind that Shoppa only can be used on a computer. This means that if the image is to be uploaded with an app on a mobile phone, it is recommended that you save the images in a cloud service that can be opened on both the computer and the mobile. If you do not have that option, you can email the image to your mobile phone and then publish it.

Once you have saved your files, you can easily upload them to social media. Below is information about Linkedin, Facebook and Instagram. What they support for file formats and what resolution that is required. Keep in mind that more pixels get a larger file.
