The playlist scheduler is an Add-on that allows you to schedule your content playlists.
You can select dates, time stamps etc. for when you want your content playlist to be displayed on a specific display.
You can also modify or remove previously made playlists.
The scheduler is opened through the icon “Playlist Scheduler” or by choosing the Playlist Scheduler option when youpress “Send to a display”.
Once you have opened the Scheduler you will default to the day view.
The day view displays at what time the playlists will be shown for the different channels and screens.

- Playlist displayed when no material has been sent. Drag and drop your playlist into the box to use the feature.
A long narrow bar like marker number 4 means that the playlist is played all the time. This is referred to as an immediate playlist. A shorter but wider box like marker number 3 means that the playlist is only played during the time interval that the box covers, this is called an activity.
If you click on an activity or an immediate playlist and then the Delete button on your keyboard, you delete the playlist. You can not delete inherited playlists such as playlists sent by the head office / service office, but only your own.
The playlists are prioritized from left to right, i.e. an inherited channel playlist (6) is displayed before your playlist. Playlists can be placed with a precision of 15 minutes. Inherited channels (6) are gray and cannot be scheduled or changed.
